Pre-Installation

Before your installation date is confirmed, the following must be in place. This protects you, your location, and ensures a smooth launch day with no surprises.

Pre-Installation Checklist — What Must Be Ready

  • Power verified: 120V / 20-Amp outlet confirmed at placement location
  • Doorway clearance confirmed: minimum 77" height x 79" width for kiosk delivery
  • Clear path from load-in point to final placement — no stairs or obstacles
  • Ventilation space: minimum 5" clearance at rear of unit
  • Internet connectivity established: Wi-Fi credentials or hotspot device tested on-site
  • Health department contacted and inspection appointment scheduled (if required)
  • Nayax payment account set up and device associated
  • All supplies on-site: soft serve mix, cups, spoons, toppings, syrups, cleaning materials

What 99 Spoons Does Before Delivery

  • Machine is fully assembled, operated and inspected at the factory before shipment
  • Packaged with protective crating to ensure it arrives in excellent condition
  • Keys zip-tied to the power cable at the rear for easy access upon delivery
  • Manuals, spare parts and shippers shipped inside the kiosk
  • All mechanical components tested and software pre-loaded before dispatch

Health Department Compliance

  • Food service license — apply with your local/state health department. Allow several weeks for processing, inspection and approval
  • Cleaning schedule — full sanitization required at least once per week (more frequent in some jurisdictions)
  • Cleaning logbook — must be kept inside the kiosk at all times, completed and signed after every cleaning cycle, retained for minimum 1 year
