Program description.
99 Spoons sends text messages to people who have asked to hear from us about our automated frozen dessert kiosks. Messages may include product and pricing information, promotions and current offers, equipment availability, available host locations, appointment and call reminders, and messages about your order, delivery, installation, training, service, or support.
How to join.
You are enrolled only if you gave us your mobile number and agreed to receive text messages, whether that was on a form on our website, when booking a call, during a purchase or service request, in writing or verbally to a member of our team, or by texting us first. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us.
Message frequency.
Message frequency varies. You should expect no more than a few messages per month for marketing, plus any messages related to an active order or service request.
Cost.
99 Spoons does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Contact your carrier if you have questions about your plan.
HOW TO OPT OUT.
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to stop receiving messages. You will get one confirmation message and then we will stop. You can also email nick@99spoons.com or call +1 858 304 7772 and ask us to remove your number.

Supported carriers.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your obligations.
You confirm that the mobile number you gave us belongs to you and that you are authorized to receive text messages at it and to approve any charges your plan applies. Tell us if your number changes or is no longer yours.
Privacy.
